invisa-RED
Non-invasive red and infrared light therapy for body contouring, skin firmness, and weight loss support.
Your body.
Your goal.
What is invisa-RED?
invisa-RED is a body slimming technology that uses red and infrared light. The light passes through the skin to reach the tissue underneath, and sessions are painless and non-invasive. There is no surgery and no recovery time.
It is used two ways here. On its own, it targets specific areas that stay put no matter how carefully you eat or how often you train. Paired with nutrition and lifestyle coaching, it becomes part of a fuller program built around the goal you are working toward. It works for men and women alike.
Two ways to work with it
Weight loss
What the program includes, built around you rather than a set plan.
- An individualized program
- Nutrition guidance and education
- Lifestyle counseling
- Regular sessions on the invisa-RED table
Body contouring and aesthetics
What sessions focus on, rather than results anyone can promise.
- Specific areas, rather than overall weight
- The appearance of cellulite
- Skin firmness and tone
- Circulation

The equipment
Sessions run on the invisa-RED unit. The panel emits red and infrared light over the area being treated while you rest, and the machine is timed for each session.
Nothing about it is invasive. There are no needles and no incisions, and you can go straight back to your day when the session ends.
What a program looks like
Sessions are short and they add up over a few weeks. Here is the usual shape of it, so you know what you are committing to before you start.
Weight loss
12 sessions
Two to three times a week, over four weeks
Aesthetics
12 sessions
Three to five times a week, over four weeks
Maintenance
Ongoing
Once or twice a month, after your program
Common questions
- Is invisa-RED safe?
- It uses light in the red and infrared part of the spectrum, and it does not include the ultraviolet wavelengths that damage skin. Sessions are non-invasive. There are no needles, no incisions, and no downtime afterward.
- How long has this technology been around?
- It has been used for non-invasive body contouring and weight loss in the United States since 2014.
Results vary from person to person, and additional sessions may be needed to reach your goal. Dr. Smith will talk through what is realistic for you before you begin.
